felmo comes to Kranoldplatz

Berlin, 29th October 2020

Vet felmo is a new tenant in the HGHI project Kranoldplatz in Berlin-Lichterfelde East. The mobile veterinary practice for dogs and cats with its own veterinary app has rented an office space of approx. 212 sqm on the 2nd floor of Kranoldplatz 3-5 in 12209 Berlin and will move into this space in January 2021 at the latest.

The Berlin company felmo was founded by Philip Trockels and Lars Giere at the end of 2019. The felmo brand stands for holistic animal health and offers a combination of veterinary services in the home and digital products for dog and cat owners. By providing veterinary care within their own four walls, felmo enables pet owners to care for the health of their pets in a stress-free environment. With the felmo app, treatment results can be managed digitally or appointments can be booked. In addition, the app offers a veterinarian chat, health tips and many other functions. The new office on Kranoldplatz serves as the main location for the Berlin veterinary teams. The office space is used as a workstation for the vets' operative organization and equipment storage as well as a meeting point for the vets.

"We chose the Kranoldplatz location because of a) the good accessibility both by public transportation and by car, b) the flexibility in the organization of the rooms and c) the good parking facilities. All in all, this was simply a very good price-performance ratio for us," says Philip Trockels, founder and managing director of felmo GmbH.

"The young and strongly growing start-up company felmo stands for animal health of tomorrow. The mobile small veterinary practice with its own app has made the lives of pet owners and their pets much easier, faster and less stressful. Felmo combines the comfort of modern technology with the quality and individuality of veterinary care. A great idea, which I, as an animal lover, welcome to our Kranoldplatz project," says Harald Gerome Huth, owner and managing director of HGHI Holding GmbH.

The HGHI project Kranoldplatz, located in the southwest of the capital, includes the properties Kranoldplatz 3-6, Ferdinandstraße 31-35 and Lankwitzer Straße 25/26. The attractive properties in the well-kept and dignified Berlin district of Lichterfelde Ost in the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district offer high-quality retail, office and residential space. The urban quarter with numerous shopping facilities is also well connected to the Berlin city center by the Lichterfelde Ost S-Bahn station, which is within walking distance. Potsdamer Platz in the Berlin-Mitte district, for example, can be reached directly and without changing trains in only about fifteen minutes by S-Bahn. The area around Kranoldplatz therefore stands for excellent working and living conditions. The location development and revitalization of the HGHI will optimize the popular neighborhood with its individuality and increase the quality of life.
