Next Big Thing AG moves to "HGHI Tower Straße des 17. Juni"

Berlin, 11.12.2019

Next Big Thing AG is the new tenant in the HGHI project "HGHI Tower Straße des 17. Juni" (Bachstraße 12, 10555 Berlin) in the Berlin district Mitte, district Tiergarten. The Berlin Internet of Things and Blockchain Company Builder has rented office space totalling 1,614 sqm on the fifth, sixth and seventh floors of the modern office complex and is expected to move into it in spring 2020.

Since 2017, the Berlin real estate company HGHI Holding GmbH has been developing and constructing an exclusive business location with a total gross floor area of 4,900 sqm spread over eight floors in the immediate vicinity of the Great Tiergarten. The interior spaces can be individually designed and divided by the tenants. Depending on the tenant's wishes, the space can be used as an open-plan office or partition walls can be erected to create smaller offices.

The stylish office complex with a natural stone façade and light-flooded office spaces not only meets the highest demands in terms of architecture, ambience and equipment, but is also located in a prime location in the heart of Berlin, which is characterised by a multitude of gastronomic and cultural offerings. In addition, the S-Bahn station Tiergarten, which is within walking distance of "HGHI Tower Straße des 17. Juni", offers a fast connection to the main railway station, Tegel Airport, Zoologischer Garten as well as Potsdamer Platz and Leipziger Platz.

The office building "HGHI Tower Straße des 17. Juni", located in the middle of Europe's largest inner-city park, combines a metropolitan feeling with a recreational character and therefore represents an ideal workplace in the booming metropolis of Berlin.

With the construction of the "HGHI Tower Strasse des 17. Juni", HGHI is reacting to the lack of office space in the capital that has been prevalent for years. The project will be completed by the end of 2019.
