Schultheiss Quartier: Tamaris opens new store

Europe's number 1 shoe brand Tamaris opens a new store in the Schultheiss Quartier in Berlin-Moabit (Turmstraße 25, 10559 Berlin). On the ground floor, the lifestyle label is expected to move into a retail space of 115 sqm in mid-May.

"We are very pleased that we were able to win Tamaris, a state-of-the-art shoe brand, as a tenant for the Schultheiss Quartier," says Harald Gerome Huth, owner and managing director of HGHI Holding GmbH. "It is a young and contemporary brand that will significantly enrich the tenant mix. The combination of top quality, trend competence and value for money fits perfectly with the Schultheiss Quartier and the up-and-coming Berlin-Moabit location".

With Tamaris as the new tenant, the Schultheiss Quartier's diverse product mix is consolidated. Around 60 shops and brands from the fashion/textile, sports, electronics, cosmetics and service sectors will be located there on 30,000 square metres of retail space. In addition to Tamaris, other tenants include Dänisches Bettenlager, Kaufland, H&M, Olymp & Hades, Fast Forward, MediaMarkt, Deichmann, New Yorker, dm Drogeriemarkt, Hertha BSC, Thalia Buchhandlung, TEDi, Intersport, Lindner Feinkost, Woolworth and Party Fiesta.

Opened in August 2018, the Schultheiss Quartier is an urban, multifunctional centre for fashion, trade and gastronomy. History and present united in one place: The former area of the Schultheiss Brewery offers visitors a special world of shopping and adventure, where, in addition to various retailers, 15,000 sqm of ultra-modern office space, a versatile food court, the 8,500 sqm Meininger Hotel with 250 rooms and a 2,400 sqm fitness centre are located. There are 400 parking spaces available in the multi-storey car park of the Schultheiss Quartier (access via Turmstraße).
