Trisor leases additional office space at HGHI Tower

Trisor GmbH expands their location leasing further office space at HGHI Tower (Bachstraße 12, 10555 Berlin) in the region of Berlin-Mitte, district Tiergarten. The company which specializes in the rental of safe-deposit boxes is now leasing a total of 416 squaremeters of commercial and office space at HGHI Tower with their recently signed lease contract. While opening their first Trisor location with over 5.000 safe-deposit boxes in spring 2021 on the left part of the ground floor, the right part of the office space has the double role of serving as the new headquarters of Trisor GmbH, as well as including a showroom for clients.

Trisor GmbH, founded in December 2019, is a Berlin-based secure tech company. With their offer of independent, insured and fully automated safe-deposit boxes at the highest security level, they are rethinking the industry. Trisor provides its customers with representative locations in prime downtown locations and a digital 24/7 service for the storage of their valuables. Besides theses physical security aspects, the business concept offers a complex tech-infrastructure with crypto-encryption.

“The situation of having our office space and even the showroom right next to the first Trisor location is extremely comfortable. This makes it possible for our clients, partners and media representatives to gain insights into the interior of the installation without compromising our high safety standards”, says Julian Treidler, CEO of Trisor GmbH.

“By successfully letting the entire ground floor to Trisor GmbH, the occupancy rate increases to 87% even though our project HGHI Tower was only just completed in the second quarter of 2020.
