HGHI was awarded by kununu as the best employer in Berlin 2023 in the real estate industry
According to kununu, the ranking is based on over five million employee reviews of more than one million companies on kununu.

The ratings of employees from all occupational groups and career levels for an employer with its main location in Berlin were taken into account. In order to be included in the ranking of Berlin's top employers, specific criteria had to be met.
- The company's main location must be in Berlin.
- Only evaluations from employees are taken into account (no evaluations from applicants or trainees).
- Only companies with at least 25 published/active evaluations in the last five years (23.04.2018 to 23.04.2023) are included.
- Of these, at least one rating must be no older than six months.
- If the score was the same, it was ranked according to the third decimal place
- The human resources and recruitment sector was excluded, as were media companies and firms belonging to the Burda Group.
