The payroll office LOHNunion® with its headquarter in Kiel will soon have around 460 sqm of office space at their disposal at the project Geschäftszentrum Mariendorfer Damm, which was completed in June 2020 in the district Berlin-Mariendorf (Mariendorfer Damm 292-298, 12107 Berlin). In addition to the office space the company is leasing 103 sqm of terrace space for their exclusive use. The company will move into the newly built premises in August this year.

The popular bakeries, which offer colorful, filled and glazed donuts, are currently conquering Berlin and are now also represented in the district Reinickendorf/Tegel with a new DUNKIN’ store.

Re-opening after revitalization: with the beginning of summer the two fashion brands Hollister and Gilly Hicks are back with a new concept and a refined identity on a total space of 725 sqm on the first floor of the Mall of Berlin. The fashion company Hollister, with its focus on carefree teenager styles as well as Gilly Hicks, an underwear, active- and loungewear brand, are brands that belong to the portfolio of the US clothing company Abercrombie & Fitch Co. The two individual stores are connected through a passage.

HGHI is letting around 725 sqm in Geschäftszentrum Mariendorfer Damm
HGHI succeeded in winning two new office tenants at once for their project Geschäftszentrum Mariendorfer Damm in the district Berlin-Mariendorf (Mariendorfer Damm 292-298, 12107 Berlin), which was completed in June 2020: bintec elmeg GmbH, provider for communication solutions, and the construction company Fischbach Gruppe. Bintec elmeg has opted for 125 sqm office space with an additional 43 sqm large terrace at the first floor of the building. Fischbach Gruppe will move into around 500 sqm of office space at the third floor including a 58 sqm large terrace. The tenants are expected to move into the premises in spring 2022.

Nursery moving into Geschäftszentrum Mariendorfer Damm
HGHI has won over the nursery Kita Benjamin Blume as tenant for the project Geschäftszentrum Mariendorfer Damm in the district Berlin-Mariendorf (Mariendorfer Damm 292-298, 12107 Berlin), which was completed in June 2020. The nursery will have at its disposal around 490 sqm of interior space on the main floor of the building and additional 530 sqm of outdoor space. The handover of the rental space is planned for the middle of the year 2022. It will be the third location to be opened by the nursery in Berlin.

Vattenfall opens stores at Fußgängerzone Gorkistraße / Tegel Quartier and Schultheiss Quartier
The energy company Vattenfall is expanding its presence in Berlin and will open two new stores at once at the HGHI-project Fußgängerzone Gorkistraße / Tegel Quartier in Berlin-Tegel and at Schultheiss Quartier in Berlin-Moabit. The 54 sqm large store at Schultheiss Quartier already opened its doors on January 11th 2022, whereas the 64 sqm large store at Fußgängerzone Gorkistraße / Tegel Quartier will probably open in February.

One of three new LEGO shops in Germany is going to open at the Mall of Berlin.
The Danish toy manufacturer LEGO is going to open an around 250 sqm large store the 2nd December 2021 at the groundfloor of the Mall of Berlin.
The LEGO Group reaffirms its commitment on the German market by opening three new LEGO shops at the same time in Dresden, Bonn and Berlin during autumn/winter 2021 and focuses on an intelligent mix of e-commerce and stationary retailing. After generating a two-digit sales growth in the first half-year of 2021, the company reinvests worldwide, among other, in around 130 new stores this year. Worldwide there are 737 LEGO stores in 50 countries at the moment.
