Serviced-Apartment-Brand STAYERY comes to Berliner Schultheiss Quartier
STAYERY signs lease for 121 serviced flats, expanding its portfolio to over 1,300 flats and extending its offering in the German capital.

The expanding serviced flat brand STAYERY is adding another location in Berlin to its German portfolio. STAYERY has signed a rental agreement with HGHI Schultheiss Quartier GmbH & Co. KG. for space in the mixed-use property Schultheis Quartier. The conversion will create 121 serviced flats including communal areas on around 5,000 square metres of office space. The building application for the conversion has already been submitted and the opening is planned for 2026.

"A small city within the city": About the Schultheiss Quartier.
Opened in August 2018, the multifunctional Schultheiss Quartier center on the former site of the Schultheiss brewery in Berlin's Moabit district of Berlin-Mitte comprises approximately 20,000 square meters of retail space, 25,000 square meters of office space, 8,500 square meters of hotel space, a versatile food court, as well as a 2,400-square-meter fitness center and 400 car parking spaces.
