The nearly 1,700 m² property at Potsdamer Strasse 163, 165 has been part of the portfolio of HGHI Holding GmbH since spring 2017.

In cooperation with the architectural firm Kollendt Waldschmidt Architekten, the construction of an ultra-modern residential and office building complex with an area of around 5,000 m² is planned on the site. The future building complex is located in the up-and-coming Berlin district of Schöneberg in the immediate vicinity of Potsdamer Platz, with optimal public transport connections. Especially young and innovative companies will be offered an optimal company location and workplace here in the future.
